gold swan order of ceremony

order of the Day or order of ceremony

More Information

If you are having a civil ceremony wedding you may wish to have an order of ceremony or order of the day instead of an order of service which you would have for a church wedding.

An order of ceremony can be similar to an order of service but is usually shorter as hymns and prayers are not included. You will detail the order of things to happen and can include music you will enter and exit to, readings and who will read them, and any other details you wish. An order of the day details the timetable of the wedding day so guests know what to expect when, such as the ceremony, reception drinks, dinner etc. The order of ceremony can be included within this.

Please note it is your responsibility to gain permission from the copyright holder to reprint the words to the hymns, poems or readings you choose to include. If they are older than 70 years this will not apply. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.
